Ok, the news has been to cut out red meat and try to work in a few meatless dinners a week. That sounded impossible until my brother made me some Tabbouleh from the recipe on the back of the Bob's Red Mill Bulgur wheat bag. It's delicious and I didn't feel deprived! I added it to the foods database tonight. The recipe is here: http://www.bobsredmill.com/recipes_detail.php?rid=1379
Here's the nutritional info in 1 cup (from http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calories.asp?recipe=1970836) (though this differs from bob's red mill page, i just realized. oh well) --
