Ok i have my calories on here set to 1990 which is my "maintain" and I ate 1724 and burned 586. My net is sitting at 1138 and I have like 852 remaining. Now exercise calories scare me b/c I'm wanting to lose like 10lbs and I dont want to eat any of these calories back but I also don't want my body to be in starvation mode with the exercise and right now its acting as if its hungry and hasn't eaten all day..... Guess my question is for yall to lose weight did yall eat back your exercise calories or did you not touch them at all? And did you let MFP set your goal or did you calculate your BMR? I have been trying for a year to shake these last 10lbs and can't seem too.....

You need to at least eat your target calories and you should eat some if not all your exercise calories. One of the biggest diet mistakes is not eating. You have to eat.0

Thank you so much for replying and answering. I wasn't so sure if I would end up gaining by eating some back.0
