HELP!

Hi guys so I have only consumed 945 calories today. I know I need to eat more but I have no idea what to eat. It's late and I need to go grocery shopping so I'm working with a double whammy here... any ideas you can think of that I might be able to find in my pantry or fridge? Thanks!

peanut butter. 2 tablespoons has ~200 calories. Eat it with celery or bread or just by itself0

Cold glass of skim milk and a peanut butter and jelly on low cal whole wheat works good for me. Hope this helps.0
