    Thanks to you guys i am now eating more :smile: I workout 4 times a week at an hour long each time and realised i wasn't eating enough :blushing: I now eat around 1600 cals each day :smile: :smile: Thanks so much guys :smile:
    This was mainly due to increasing what i had for breakfast and eating nuts during the day :smile:

    i have eaten loads of fruit today but now i have gone over on my vit c and sugars :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :explode: :explode: :explode: :explode: seriously i can't win! before when i hardly ate it was saying ur under now it's saying ur over :explode: :explode:

    don't be so hard on yourself you are making good changes just watch the fruits you are eating. One day at a time.

    It is ok, you will pee out the Vit C and the sugar cant be all that bad, if gotten thru fruits.
