Do you use them? Are they working? How do you feel about diet pills? I am curious about them but not so sure if they will really work or are worth my money. Please let me know!! TIA

I'm a firm believer that none of us needed pills to become overweight, and none of us need pills to get back to a proper weight. Shortcuts almost always explode in your face in this game, and there's a LOT of people on here who can testify to that.

There is no such thing as a free lunch and the "free" benefits that these pills offer are always at the expense of your health and your well being. Just look at what's going on with Hydroxycut right now. Some of the pills will kill your liver, some will over exert your heart and some just teach you to depend on a pill to do what you should be doing yourself. No one said losing weight was easy, in fact it shouldn't be, the only REAL way to lose weight and keep it off is eating right and exercising, it'll get your weight off and teach you how to keep it off by changing your lifestyle.

    Hey,
If i was you i wouldn't waste your money on diet pills..
I recently watched a program about them as i was interested in using them.. it said that most of them don't work and just trick you by saying this works with a healthy balanced diet and lots of exercise..
By saying this is causes you to cut down from what you were eating making you lose wight .. you then think that it's the diet pills that have done it so you keep buying more..
    Good Luck x
