I'm getting in touch with my primal self again, eating as they would have thousands of years ago!

I'll be the first to admit that I haven't lost a lot of weight through this new lifestyle, but I'm not so concerned given the other benefits...

Firstly, I can't describe the abundance of energy I have now, I am practically jumping all over the place and have also noticed a distinct increase in my strength. I can now do exercises such as pullups and even muscleups with ease!

Above all else though, I believe my body is reverting to what it 'should' be like. What our ancestors were... I know this might sound a little strange but I really feel it.

Anyway I have included some pics to illustrate the progress of my journey so far. Thank everyone on MFP for their ongoing support too!!
