Can anyone explain the difference between Raw Chocolate and Carob? Which one is healthier?

    Carob is sweeter than cocoa, tastes a little like chocolate, but has no caffeine. From what I understand you can sub it into baking and it tastes alright, but personally I really don't like the taste on its own.
