Hi all! New here, but have been on various tracker boards for years. I don't post too often, but jump in now and then with a comment.
I'm actually a maintainer, just shaving off a few added pounds. About 8 years ago, I lost about 50 pounds and I've kept it off for those eight years, just going up and down a few pounds here and there. Saw the weight creeping up a tad (still within my 'acceptable' range) and started using this site with my new Ipad.
I'm in the 'eat more' camp - I'm 44 and weigh in the 120 range (at 5'4), and I'm generally netting the 1200 but that means I eat roughly 1600-1800 since I do quite a bit of running around.
I probably should even eat more than that, but that's part of the reason I'm tracking again - to see what I can get away with and still lose a few pounds. So far down two pounds, two more to go until I'm happy - vanity pounds, but the main reason is to find my new maintenance level.
Personal stuff: registered nurse, married, vegetarian, and I raise chickens.
