French Toast?

Hey everyone I'm planning to cook French toast..can I go with this (healthy) alternative?
2 slices of sliced bread (104 kcal)
1 egg (70 kcal)
2 tsp of olive oil (80 kcal)
50 gr of ham (55 kcal)
50 gr of mozzarella (124 kcal)
Is it too bad? I'll eat them with some vegetables..
By the way I hope the calories are corrected (I tracked them with MFP)
Any thoughts? I always try to eat a small dinner, as I have 2 afternoon snacks that keep me full..

If that's your meal, then I can't see why not, so long as your daily intake is adjusted accordingly. Eggs are great. You could probably go without the mozzarella though?0

maybe emmenthal or a bit of philadelphia would be better?
and I know, eggs are good, but I was a bit worried about bread..0
