I weigh myself EVERY morning before I eat breakfast and I am normally between 210 and 215. Yesterday I weighed in at 210, but when I weighed myself I was a devastating 220!! Any idea what could be the cause of this?

Well first of all it's not devastating. It's a number on the scale.
It's water weight. The only way you could have put on 10lb weight overnight is by eating 33,000 calories yesterday. I'd be stunned if you did.0 -
Personally I'd check the scales, are they on a hard floor or carpet.
10lbs is a lot even if it is water. Personally I tend to ignore massive shifts like this, give it a few days and try again.0 -
There are a million different reasons - only worry if it stays that way.
I can easily fluctuate 7lbs depending on what I've eaten/drunk/exercise performed etc
Not just relating to what I did that day either - can go back days.0
