I've been using this since the beginning of the year and lost 22 pounds so far. It is easy and I tell my husband I'm glad we're doing this instead of dieting because I can't do diets. I would much rather change the way I eat. I weigh food and cut back on portions, but tell myself that there is nothing I "can't" have. I just have to be aware of the calories so I can continue to head towards my goal.0
