WOW! We are in the third week already! For those who are tracking on the spreadsheet, we have lost a total of 18.5 pounds! Can't wait to see how many inches we have lost! :wink: It will be time to track our new measurements, before you know it!

I feel that I am having unusually strong cravings for sweets, after chocolate, chocolate birthday cake for my daughter's 14th birthday. :mad:

I found a group on MFP that is doing a "No Junk Food" challenge. Neat group idea, but I don't know if I can last for 21 days.
