    I gained 1 1/2 from lastnight by eating alot. lastnight. Any ideas on how do help me?

    Yeah, throw the scale away. There are so many other useful ways to track your progress without the scale controlling your emotions.

    Just put it behind you, drink loads of water and don't starve yourself to make up for it!! Anytime I have a slip up, I just get straight back on track the next day and generally find the temporary gain plus much more is gone within a few days. Stay strong - you can do this!!

    According to my calculations, you would have had to eat 100 Ritz crackers with about 0.5 tablespoons of dip on each cracker to equal about 5250 calories. And, if you're eating in a deficit, this means you would have to have eaten even more crackers and dip to have eaten through your deficit to get to your maintenance calories. That's a LOT. I'm guessing you didn't eat near that much.

    Now, if you did. No biggee. Just get back in the saddle today and shrug it off. If you didn't eat that much, even better.
