Staying Under my Sugar amount

I eat a lot of fruit, but it's difficult to stay under my sugar recommendation for the day since fruit is so high in natural sugars. Am I really supposed to aim for 29g sugar in a day when that is nothing more than one banana and one pear I just ate (or close enough)

Personally, I wouldn't count fruit sugars. It's cane sugar you want to avoid.0

I always go over my sugar amount, even if I only eat fruit. But I don't worry too much, cause I prefer eating fruit than bingeing on chocolate or unhealthy food0

Put it this way: If weight loss is not happening, reevaluate the amount of fruit you are consuming because too much fruit CAN slow down weight loss....0
