Not new, but never really been active on MFP

Hi everyone! I've been part of MFP for a while now, but I've really only used the daily log journal (and sometimes not even that). I've lost a little, but I have a long way to go. I'm hoping that using more tools and finding new friends with similar goals will help keep me motivated to see this through.

These are the techniques I am using to improve my life:
weight lifting/muscle building followed by cardio (4-6 times a week)
eating more lean protein accompanied by lots of veggies
reading and learning about new exercises and meal preparation that promote a healthy life style.

I welcome any new friends and motivational support you'd like to share.
