Hello, I'm Melissa. I have Lost 40 pounds since this time last year. However, I have got alittle bored and I'm at a stand still. I need any motivation, tips or tricks. Please feel free to add me and lets help motivate each other. Trying to get ready for the summer.!! Whoohoo! Thanks:wink:

  • I feel the exact same way.

    I lost just about 50 lbs since starting my weight loss journey. Starting out was rough but eventually I felt that the weight was just pouring off but now I feel like I can work out twice as hard and the weight stays the same Im beginning to think that I need to change my workout as my body has gotten to used to the same thing all the time. I usually just do the treadmill or eliptical.
    In the past when i've gotten bored and I have done some Cardio Dance exercises (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USjpgD07w78) this one happens to be one of my favorites for getting me excited about a workout because its quick but your sweating by the end.
    I've been thinking about trying kickboxing to target more muscle groups and have more fun with my workouts so i don't get bored.

    What exercises do you primarily do to lose weight?
  • I was doing Zumba and I LOVE IT. But now my schedule is so hetic i cant find time to attnd the classes so I jusy do the treadmill at home. Did uou lose your weight by watching your calories with this app? I'm almost to the point where Im scared to eat anything.
  • I lost most of my weight just by cutting out junk food and added alot more fruits and vegtables into my diet. I tsrted using the App to track calories about 1/2 way through my weightloss and it helped me realize how much I was really consuming. Sometimes I feel like some of the smallest foods have such high calories so now im constantly checking boxes and compairing foods.
