All dark chocolate should have fiber - as well as Iron - a serving of Valor (my favorite brand right now) as 24% of your Iron - and 200 some odd calories.

My question is, do they add calcium? It seems like they would have to, to get 20%

You girls are my peeps! I always want chocolate, but have had to relegate it to the "almost never" category.

1 - I bought it at my local Rite Aid (drug store)
2 - It is milk chocolate, not dark, and yes they add calcium carbonate.
3 - It is called "Whole Bean" so I would imagine the fiber is from the husks
4 - I can't find anything about it on the Hersheys website
5 - This is why you don't see much posting from me anymore! I spend 10 minutes researching my posts and then feel responsible for any additional interest!
