Hey guys! I finally hit 30 lbs. lost after hitting a bit of a plateau, and I'm super excited about it! So I figured I would add to my progress pictures! Here's my stats:

    Thanks everyone for all of your kind words! It's been quite a journey getting this far, and I've still got about 15-20 lbs. that I would like to get rid of, so it's not over yet! Thank you to all of you, without this website and the supportive people on it, I don't think I would have made it this far by any means. One thing I have learned, is no matter how tall the wall in front of you is, and how many times you stumble on your way up, do not fall back down! Just keep climbing, and you WILL make it.

    Honestly, just working out once a day, trying to burn at least 400 calories on that workout, and eating all of my calories back. Slowly integrating healthy foods into my diet was a much better choice for me than a huge abrupt change all at once too. :]

    Congratulations! I am starting at the same weight and my goal weight is the same. Made me smile just looking how much weight that you have lost. I am very proud of anyone who is taking back thier lives and looking forward to a better you. I am on day 3 of my weight loss. Thanks for posting all of you pics.
