Hi pebbles, non-mom and mom alike.

(yeah, and close but no cigar for me. . .there's no stepmom day celebration here. . .)

Today is Bikram. I've been feeling a little better yesterday and the day before, so I'll probably make it. Only six more days to go. Thirty days goes fast!

Let the madness begin! I'm at my hotel now, trying to stay up just as late as I possibly can, to prepare for tomorrow's night shift (8PM-8AM). After sitting in a car for 5 hours, we went to dinner, and I managed to do my pushups and go swimming for 20 minutes. My knee seems OK - so far, so good, anyway.

I did give my mom a call. No drama to speak of. :happy:

My goals this week are to try not to overdo it with food (although it is natural to try and fight sleepiness with food) and get at least some exercise in every day. The weather looks like it might cooperate, so I might be able get out for a hike.
