Hey guys~I am doing P90X and I am having a hard time with abripper here is why
When I was 19 I smashed my tailbone in it is all jacked up, so I am having a hard time completing anything that involves me having to apply any weight to it! I tried using a pillow and that helps very little... so do you think if I got one of those donut things that would help? I was just thinking about it last night and I really do not want to use this as an excuse to not finish so any advice would be great! Thanks much!

I have a protruding tail bone and I experience pain anytime I am doing any sorts of stomach exercises while laying on the floor including Pilates. I bought one of those 9 inch exercise balls and it has really helped with some modifications to the exercise. But I will have to try the doughnut and see how that works.0

Last year I had to take 3 months off to heal from that stupid thing! I just want to be able to go through without having issues!0
