Need tips please, tomorrow i will be cycling into work for the first time.

Its 9 miles each way mostly by trails/mountain biking (little on the roads).

Problem is i wear full suit for work, how can i snuffle that into a rucksack without it getting creased to high hell!? (minus the jacket i can leave that here).

And also we have no showers or anything at work, so can anyone recommend any body wipes i can clean myself with to freshen my up when i get here?

Any tips or anything like that would be greatly appreciated thank you!

    Baby wipes to wipe you down! I used to use them when I would ride into work. Not sure about the suit....

    You'd probably be better driving to work with your clothes for the week on the Monday and leaving them there. Don't know if that's doable for you.

    If you're putting suit trousers in a rucksack lay them out like you're about to iron them and then roll them loosely from the bottom to the top. Put them at the top of the rucksack so there's nothing crushing them down.
