Hey guys,

I live in the UK and I'm starting my first round of P90X on Monday!
So looking forward to it, I have done a few of the dvd's before so I sort of know what to expect.
I'm 5ft 10 and weigh about 154lb so looking to put on a bit of weight and really hit the nutrition side hard! Anyone got any tips for me to achieve the best results possible? Any other hard gainers got any advice for me?
Having my last few days of 'nice' foods before the crackdown begins.
