Hello Everyone:) I am 39, a single mom, 2 great kids. I recently am divorced. Started focusing more on my health and mental well-being since September of last year. It's been a journey. I started eating better and running/jogging for exercise and I've lost 35 pounds, much though the "if I eat, I'll puke" divorce/starvation diet, but since the beginning of 2012 I have been eating more whole, raw and organic foods.
I want to now maintain my weight but eating all of these calories that I gain back after exercising is almost impossible for me. I always look for advice and motivation from all likes. Please help me and I'll help you:)
