I just found this website and I'm pretty excited about it! I've been working out since February 14th with little results (not really sticking to a routine though, either). So this week I found a website about the Fast-5 Diet and I started Monday! I'm really digging this! It's not for everyone but it's working well for me so far. I also started Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred this week too! WOW! What a workout! Makes me feel amazing! This is the first time I have ever felt this motivated to continue with a weight loss regimen. I signed on here to track my progress and hopefully gain a friend or two in the fight! My real goal is to fit comfortably back into my current wardrobe and then on to my jeans I was wearing at my lowest weight.

This IS possible... We just have to FIGHT FOR IT and EARN IT! :flowerforyou:

    So how is it working for you Brandi? Going fantastic for me. I started 5/21 after reasing the book at the web site and it really resonated with me. Down 15 lbs so far, looking for 50. Not to easy to find fellow FF'ers
