Okay, the past two weeks have been craaaaazy. I had exams, long days at the lab, separated from my boyfriend, got bronchitis, my family came down for my graduation yesterday, and I haven't been able to work out much because of the bronchitis. Most days I didn't eat much and I have actually lost a lot of weight in the past two weeks, so I'm not looking bad  I haven't been logging my food, but I did lift every 2 days to avoid de-training. So I am back now, and hopefully will be able to visit my MFP friends more often now that it's summer time. I missed you guys!

Thanks all!! Today I am planning a REAL workout, running and lifting until I drop! I have somehow been able to maintain a weight of about 125 lbs despite all the eating (and drinking:blushing: ) I've been doing. But I am quite tired. Next weekend my best friend is graduating, so I'll drink one more time, then cut WAY back to where I was before (almost never). The relationship ending has been the hardest part. I feel emotionally overwhelmed and drained at the same time.:ohwell:

all the more reason to exercise!! those things in life that get us down are the things we can work through with some good workouts. i always find if i'm not there mentally, or something is bogging me down emotionally, a good workout can do wonders to help clear my mind, or at least put my mind thinking right -- and i get all the other benefits of working out that i'm looking for.

i wish you all the best!
