Don't get discouraged by the scale...

I just wanted to share my experience. At my lowest weight (which was last summer) I was about 135 pounds in a size 6 jean. I was thrilled with that! Well over the holidays I gained some back (about 20 pounds)...was in an 8. So after the holidays I got back on track and got back down to about 140. I was able to get back into a 6 but the scale has not really budged from the 140 mark so I was getting a little discouraged. Well..the other day I found a pair of size 4 jeans in the closet that I had bought in the hopes to one day fit into them (never thought it would happen cuz I have NEVER been that small)...well THEY FIT!!! So I want everyone who obsesses about the number to stop...focus on how your clothes fit! Happy Losing!!!

I'm trying to focus on clothes more than scales. i feel like i'm doing everything right but the scale just isn't moving yet i've gone down on top sizes and one jean size so it doesn't make sense.
however, i'm not going to let the number on a scale define me0
