I want to start doing dips at home.
I dont want to do "Bench" dips.
I want to do full dips between parrallel bars.
Any suggestions on cheap even DIY dip bars.
Better yet would be something that also has padded arm rests so I can do abdominal raises (crunches hurt my tail bone)
Probably nothing good and cheap out there, but thought I would ask.
