I'm all over the place with the weight!

I'm also still pretty new here, and I figure the more friends I have, the more knowledge and motivation that will come my way. Don't be shy, let's be diet & exercise pals!

    Hey :-) don't weigh yourself everyday, it will fluctuate. This site has been great to help me keep on going with eating right and friends have been supportive! You can never have to many friends!
  • I couldn't help it, I was curious! Is a 6 pound swing in one day normal?

    Actually, well, yes, it is normal. Drink enough water and watch your sodium intake (not fanatically, mind) and things can even out. But the first week is typically this way for many. I'd say just don't weigh in more than once a week. This is typical scale behavior, so it's likely lead to more head scratchin'. :)
  • Can I log head scratchin' as an exercise?

    You can try, but i think the laughing from it burned more calories. lol
