I know that, in the end, the best reward will be having lost the weight and gaining health and confidence back. But, what, if any, rewards are you looking forward to, after the weight has come off?
For me...My reward will be a new half sleeve tattoo. I have not found or worked up a design I want yet. I just really have wanted to add to my body art for years and I just don't have the desire to display it on a fat arm. lol
