What can I do to build chest muscle. I know as you lose weight, you start to lose your boobs too. Which is okay with me, but I don't want them to start to sag in the process.

To answer your general question.......eat more than you are burning. If you are eating at a caloric defecit you will be able to maintain most of your lean mass.....possibly gain a little bit...but not much. Then....
Bench Press/Pushups (dumbells, barbell, incline, decline, flat.......mix it up)
Flys
Dips0 -
Do you have access to gym equiptment. I would recommend regular bench press, inclined bench press, and declined bench press. If you do have access to gym equiptment, try variations of pushups. You can also get some resistance bands, attach them to a doorway and do the benchpress movement that way. If you want to build mass, the key is not to do too many reps. Keep it under 10 per set but make the intensity pretty hard.0

And yes, jac is absolutely correct. It is REALLY hard to add muscle while losing weight. To add mass you need extra calories and to lose it you need a calorie deficit.0
