I've viewed a few other peoples food diaries to compare to mine and am curious what quick added calories?

When you know (or have an estimate) of the calories of an item and just put them in without a search or anything. Example I had a 100 cal Little Debbie Cake and didn't feeel like searching it so I did a quick add 100 cal.0

I use that feature when I eat something that is in a very small amount. For example: 4 pieces of goldfish crackers when I gave my little girl a serving, 4 pieces of peanuts, a bite of a broccoli, 1 bean ... that kind of thing.
I won't be logging every single one of those since it's in very very small amount YET at the end of the day, those tiny amount adds up, hence the "quick added calories".0
