High Protein Low Cal Breakfast

1 tsp reduced calorie margarine (I like Blue Menu)
1-2 Tbsp diced onion
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup egg whites

Melt Margaine, add onions and spinach. Sautee until spinach is wilted and onions are cooked and or goldish in colour. Pour the egg whites on the spinach and onions, scramble until cooked. You can serve this with whole wheat toast to round it out or eat it as is. I eat it as is and it's around 115 calories, 17g of protein AND I don't feel hungry half way through the morning.
