What to eat??

Hi guys,
It's the end of my day and I'm not hungy :'D
I went out for a run today, and I normally stop being hungry after working out or anything, and now I almost have 700kcal left ._.
I know I need to eat something, because I already have a very low calorie goal, but the question is what?
Shouldn't be too much (but healthy), since I'm really not very hungy,
I'm a vegetarian ~ any ideas?

Nuts and seeds are very calorie dense, but also very good for you. Acocado also. Cheese is a little less healthy, but will get up your cals pretty quick. Maybe something like a slice of cheese and avocado on toast with a handful of nuts. You could also have a glass of milk. If it was me I would indulge myself with a cookie or a handful of chips.0

Have some avocado on toast with a few slices of tomato. or you could do almond/peanut butter on toast or on an apple or celery with raisins.0
