Personal Trainer? What a let down.

I am soooo frustrated. I joined a gym last week asked and said to the PT that did my induction that I would like a programme put together to give me a better idea of the right type of exercises to do, weights to lift etc and that I didnt want personal training sessions because I'm very motivated and have already lost 6 stone with healthy diet so I feel quite confident with what I'm doing apart from strength training / toning up.

Myself and a friend made an appointment to see him today, he started off by saying that he needed to do body fat etc but we'd do that later and we needed to get on the machines to see what we could do already. We continued to do this for an hour and then he said we'll need to meet up again tomorrow or another day to finish up as I dont have time now I have a personal training session and then proceeded to tell me that I need to send food diaries etc and go to his house to finish the session. I told him again that I didnt want a personal trainer, just a programme to follow and then I'd like follow up every couple of months. I asked him about warm up, stretches, cool down etc he just kept saying we'll do that later.

I only paid him half of what he asked as I felt he only gave me half of what I was expecting. I am so annoyed and feel I have met a PT who is unproffesional and I feel really let down. Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing?

Is there any groups on this site where I can find some good strength/toning programmes to start with?

Thanks in advance
