So, this is taking a lot of courage, but I need some guidance.
Whenever I do jumping jacks, i almost have a #2 accident if you know what I mean...
Why is this?! How can I stop it?!

You are not alone! I know a lot of girls in my bootcamp that have that problem, especially the ones that are moms.
The only thing they said helps them is Kegels.0 -
Ok I misread you. My suggestion is for #1 accident.
Have you tried googling it. I know after I run for quite awhile my stomach is insanely messed up and I'm almost sprinting to get to the bathroom. :-/
I just chalk it up to all the adrenaline (and bouncing)0 -
Wouldn't hurt to mention it to your doctor. Hang in there!0

You may want to consult your OBGYN. I had the same issue and found out that my bladder was literally falling out, due to a combination of being overweight and having had 2 kids who were both almost 10 pounds.
I had surgery to put my bladder back in place and it's been awesome (also had the 'oven' removed, so no more TOM, either - double bonus!!)0
