I'm joining the weight loss journey with you all, and so far this has been a great week. Logged all my meals and down a couple lbs so far....baby steps right??? lol
Hate the word "DIET". So I'm referring to this as a journey to get healthier, make better food choices, and exercise more! I belong to Curve's for women and LOVE IT! And with all this said hope to lose 50-75 lbs along the way!!!!! Good luck to us all!!!! We need all the support we can get!!!! :happy:
