Suggested Meals at chain restaurants

Today I went to Mimi's Cafe and to my delight the Broiled Chicken and Fruit Plate off of their fresh and fit menu was so delicious and filling! The entire meal (not including salad dressing) was 425 Cal, 7 fat, 52 carb, 108 sodium, and 40 protien. The low fat citrus vinegrette was perfect on the salad too. They have great options on this menu for all 3 meals of the day. Highly recommended!!!

I also really like the 550 and under menu at Applebees.
