On My way.

I work out 5-6 days a week. I switched to a low calorie diet. For people who are wondering, the main work out I do is the elliptical trainer. I have bad knees from years of dance and martial arts, and it's a great way to keep up your heart rate and burn calories as an alternative to running. Also a core workout and arms! What more do you need?! At least 15 minutes of stretching and yoga (VERY IMPORTANT!) I believe that when I get older, flexibility is more important than weight and strength. Weight training once or twice a week.
