After my workouts im just NOT sore. Am I not working hard enough?

    That might be a little vague. I think you need to look at your heart rate, intensity, time, and fitness goals.

    Are you doing the same workout regularly? Is yes, your body may be too used to it. Switch things up a bit.

    It depends. Sometimes your body just gets used to the exercises and is able to do them more efficiently without making you sore. Try switching it up once and awhile to work out new muscle groups. For me, I know I can be on that elliptical for an hour and not be sore at all (out of breath and sweaty, but not sore); but when I got on my bicycle the other day I was sore after only 20 minutes. A calorie burned is a calorie burned, but different muscle groups do require different exercises to strengthen them.
