Rewards For Weight Loss
Do you reward yourself as you lose weight? What will you do when you have reached your weight loss goal? I had started to reward myself for every 5 pounds loss with a nice piece of jewelry. After losing 50 pounds I plan on taking a trip to Canada. Then if I am still young I just may take a nice cruise and search for male companionship when I have achieved my goal weight. Of course as I lose the rewards may change depending on how I am feeling at the time. Who knows how or what I will reward myself with at the time of my weight loss. LOL

For me it's been a reward every time I buy smaller clothes. When I reach my goal and don't plan to lose anymore I want to buy a really expensive pair of jeans that I would never have been able to fit in before!0

demorist I think giving yourself little rewards help motivate you to stay on track with your weight loss program. I chose jewelry as I always had costume and wanted some real jewelry. But maybe you could find something a new scarf, book , doesn't have to be anything big just a little something you would like to have or go that you wouldn't ordinarily buy yourself or go.
Brandicalorie that is good too, but I have too much weight to lose. I don't want a bunch of different sizes in my closet. So won't buy anything new till I have too. LOL0
