Am I eating enough?

Since October I've lost 54 lbs, the past month I have plateaued. My weight loss has slowed and I read in the forums that it could be due to not eating enough calories...I eat my workout calories back but I have my regular day set at 1200 calories,

I'm think going to try this method for a bit and see how it works! Seems strange to up my calories to 1731 but it says to eat for the size you want to be and at a goal weight of 150 that makes sense to me so I'm trying something new.

Feedback appreciated! I'm currently 212 lbs and 5'4" I exercise 3 x's a week doing Zumba and walk daily. I used this site to get the information. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/
