the pictures need to be somewhere online like photobucket.com or something like that.

once they are there, you just point to the image location inside lowercase img tags
here is a good example and tutorial

now hit the button under my post that says "quote"

when that quote window pops up, you'll be able to see the http://.....etc where I got the picture. all I added was the brackets in front with "img" and the brackets after with "/img"

so you just find where the picture is online (photobucket is perfect for before and afters) and put it's web address inside those square brackets with lower case "img" before the address, and lower case "/img" after.

there ya go. you have to make sure the "img" is in lower case.
