Back after a 5 month pregnancy break

I'm not exactly new here. I joined in August late year and lost 16 pounds. This is quoted from my profile at the time:
"In addition to the normal reasons for losing weight-health, looks, self-esteem, etc. I have one additional reason. I want to have another child. I struggle with infertility issues. In 2009, I participated in a "Biggest Loser" competition which helped me shed 20 lbs. When it was over, I joined another. I couldn't seem to lose any more weight. A few weeks in, I discovered I was pregnant. I'm guessing that if I want to have another baby, I've got to get back to a healthier weight first."
In fact, I became pregnant as soon as I hit my pre-pregnancy weight. I continued to exercise, but quit recording food. It was just too tough to keep track of the constant snacking that I did to keep morning sickness to a minimum.
On February 10, 2012, I delivered a 25 week baby boy weighing 2 lbs 11 oz. He will probably be in the hospital until close to his due date of May 20. He is growing and developing well!
I've had about a month to recover from my c-section, and yesterday I decided to try jogging a little again. It went well, so I'm ready to get started on this journey again!
