Hi....any chance phase 3 is easier...phase two is so hard.

    Level 2 is very hard, it was a love/hate relation but I made it through. Today I just started level 3 I feel it's easier but this level is more focused on abs and legs. My legs are screaaaaaaming!

    I just bought the 30 DS today and I can't wait to start it tonight. I am interested to know how Level 2 works out for you all. :smile:

    Level 2 is the worst....level three is mega legs tough though

    I've heard from many that the transition from 2-3 isn't that bad... nothing like the move from 1 to 2. I wish I could tell you from experience, but I'm still at level 1 because I just can't seem to do pushups without modifying them. The rest of the level is finally easy though (hooray). Best of luck with your move to level 3. Congrats!
