Who uses a mini stepper?

I started using a mini stepper last Friday. I've been working out every day and burn around 300 calories every time.
Do you guys think this will help me with my weight loss? What else can i do to get faster results?

Have you guys used a mini stepper before? did you get any results?

    I use to own a mini stepper, the older version though. I bought it at Goodwills years ago and it lasted a good while up until one of the pumps went out and the cable wouldn't stay put anymore.

    Can the mini stepper help you with your weight loss? The answer is yes it can, along with eating healthy. Don't aim for faster results, aim for slow results. The slower you lose, the better you have at keeping the weight off.
