Before/ After 45 pounds

I've been using MFP for 10 months. The ability to log my food, support, and encourage friends has made all the difference in my success. I've lost about 10 more pound since (for a total of 45 pounds) these pics, but I haven't been able to up-date.

Aside from better nutrition, I began walk/running until I could run completely. I trained for 5Ks and then my first Half Marathon --which I never dreamed possible. I crossed that finish line October 2011. I'm returning to that same race this year as a FULL marathoner with my husband at my side!
