St Patty's Day Help
I absolutely love this blog and you guys have helped me a lot lately.
Now the problem is I have a banquet Saturday where we have to bring a covered dish (they do have electric available) and I want to make sure I can eat something there. I'm trying to find a good healthy recipe low in sugar/carbs, since I'm a new diabetic and really watching everything I eat.
Please help.....

Skinnytaste.com has a recipe for corned beef & cabbage soup today. Maybe you could make it ahead and serve it from a crockpot? We're having a St. Patrick's Day party at work this week and I am bringing rainbow fruit skewers with a wrapped rolo candy on the end for the "pot of gold" at the end of the rainbow. Maybe you could do a rainbow veggie platter with hummus for the "pot of gold". Good luck!0
