I am not overweight, but I'm trying to shed some pounds for bikini season this summer, ahaha, you know! XD

This is my ninth day on my diet and exercise routine. I am recommended to eat 1500 cals to lose weight. I always walk for one hour at some point during the day, which earns me a few extra calories, so I often end up consuming about 1650 calories altogether.

However, I have found myself getting very physically tired and drained these past few days. I find myself just forcing myself through my crunches and squats in the morning.
I am also VERY moody and snappy for no good reason in the afternoons, when I don't eat as much as in the morning or evening. Am I over-excersing, or eating TOO little? SHOULD I be feeling this tired and cranky while trying to lose weight?
