Need help with calorie/carb cycling/zig zagging.

I'm 5'1-5'2 and 118lbs. I'm looking to lose fat, and build muscle. I'd like to get down to 15-20% bf. I'm currently around 25%, but that's without using calipers. I just hired a personal trainer, so I'm going to be switching from cardio one day to weights the next. 4-5x a week. I just need to tweak my macros to support that, and get the results I need.
Need advice towards this. thanks!
