Lost 15lbs and now nothing... :'(

So I started trying to lose weight just over 3 months ago...first two months lost 15lbs (super excited!!!) and now for the past month or so nothing.... which to be honest is kind of heart breaking....

I was initially (cause I was VERY unfit) working out for about half an hour a day which I've upped to about an hour to two hours depending on how I feel...

I have no idea what else to try....

I'm not entirely sure I'm really eating enough...and food is a big problem for me because I only eat two meals a day and am not big on snacks overly (unless I'm ill or I've just had a tattoo where I get the most epic munchies ever) so I have no idea if I DO have to up my calorie intake just how to go about that...and I'm not even trying to work out how the whole eat back exercise calories vs don't eat them debate works with regards to me....

Any tips??
